1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
- Digital goods or services are generally non-returnable unless stated otherwise
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed through PayPal within 3–7 business days.
Note: Refunds will be made only to the original payment method via PayPal. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts.
4. Order Not Received / Item Not as Described
In the event that your item is:
- Not received within the estimated delivery time
- Significantly not as described
You may be eligible to open a dispute through PayPal’s Resolution Center within 180 days of purchase. We recommend contacting us first to resolve the issue directly.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For PayPal-covered returns, you may be eligible for PayPal Return Shipping Refund. Visit PayPal’s official site to activate this service.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Intimate or personal hygiene products
- Final sale items
