Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for order processing during peak periods.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and external courier factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–72 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other customs fees).

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

In the event of a delayed or lost shipment, we encourage you to first check the tracking number provided. If there is no update for 10+ business days, please contact us. We will assist with locating the package or issuing a replacement/refund in accordance with our policy.

For eligible transactions, you may also file a claim through PayPal’s Buyer Protection within 180 days.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
